29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) Near dip tanks area: An electrical panel was obstructed by stored material such as metal bars and metal sheets, observed on or about 5/27/2015. b) Outside the paint department: An electrical panel was obstructed by boxes of material and containers, observed on or about 7/23/2015. United Hospital Supply was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 314581422, Citation Number 1, Item Number 17 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/24/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4422 Route 130 South, Burlington NJ 08016.
