29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) Production Building, Maintenance Shop; The South Bend lathe does not have an adequate guard on the drive belt. Koser Iron Works, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 829781, citation number 1, item 8b and was affirmed as final order on June 11,2013, with respect to a workplace located at 150 North 18th Street in Barron, WI.
