29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: (a) On or about March 5, 2019 and at times prior, the employer did not establish and implement a written control plan for employees who may have been exposed to respirable crystalline silica while conducting artificial stone manufacturing operations. An exposure control plan should include the following: (i) A description of the tasks in the workplace that involve exposure to respirable crystalline silica; (ii) A description of the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection used to limit employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica for each task; and, (iii) A description of the housekeeping measures used to limit employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica.
