Text For Citation: 03 Item/Group: 003B Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Jobsite: The employer did not provide training that allowed employees to recognize, evaluate and mitigate hazards associated with scaffolds. Condition was noted on or about 12 JUL 2017. Chris Eaton, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.454(a) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 568839, citation number 1, item number 2-b and was affirmed as a final order on 27 MAR 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1601 Wharton Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146
