29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: a. On or about January 21, 2018, in the pipe shop on the supervisor's trailer, unused openings in the receptacle were not effectively closed. b. On or about January 21, 2018, in the pipe shop above the employee's workbench, an unused opening in the crane's shut off panel was not effectively closed. c. On or about January 21, 2018, in the pipe shop along the west wall, an unused openings in the panel supplying power to the welder was not effectively closed. d. On or about January 21, 2018, in the maintenance shop above the employee's workbench, an unused opening in the panel supplying power to the welders was not effectively closed. e. On or about January 21, 2018, in the fabrication shop by the employee's tool boxes, an unused opening in the panel supplying power to the welders was not effectively closed. f. On or about January 21, 2018, in the fabrication shop by the employee's toolboxes, an unused opening in the receptacle supplying power to the employee's toolbox was not effectively closed.
