29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee shall be protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while working on a scaffold at heights greater than 10 feet without the use of a fall protection system. Condition was noted on or about 12 JUL 2017. Chris Eaton, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 568839, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 27 MAR 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1601 Wharton Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
