29 CFR 1904.31(b)(2): Work related injuries and illnesses sustained by employees from a temporary help service, employee leasing service, or personnel supply service, that were supervised by the employer on a day-to-day basis, were not recorded: The employer did not record work related injuries that were sustained by temporary help service employees that were supervised by the employer on a day-to-day basis, including: a) On July 31, 2014, a temporary employee sustained a hand injury while operating the Power Roll #3068 in the Clamps Department, resulting in work restrictions. b) On August 9, 2014, a temporary employee sustained a hand injury while operating the Power Roll #1678, resulting in restricted duty.
