The documentation did not specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section. a. On or about 05/07/2014, at the job site - the employer failed to make the documentation for the signal person's qualifications available at the site.
