29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each employee was trained by a competent person which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairs, and the procedures to follow to minimize those hazards. a. At a temporally jobsite located at 7206 - 7212 Cypress Cove Road, building #13, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about May 3, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that the employer had not trained employees who use ladders to properly use, inspect and set up ladders.
