29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and unitization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 paragraphs 3.3.8 and 3.3.10: a) On or about 05/07/2024 at the site located at 3000 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209: Three argon compressed gas cylinders located in the maintenance area adjacent to a forklift traffic area were not protected from stuck by hazards. Frazer and Jones was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401131, citation number 1, item number 8a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3000 Milton Ave Solvay, NY.
