29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a) Rojas Brothers Construction LLC, at a jobsite located at 138 Chapman Drive, Lot 323, Pataskala, Ohio 43062: On and/or preceding July 20, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees used electrical equipment where the path to ground was permanent and continuous. Employees used an extension cord that was missing the ground prong, thereby being exposed to a 123-volt electrical contact hazard. Rojas Brothers Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481700, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Woodland Sky Drive Lot 123, Pataskala, OH 43062.
