29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: Site - On or about April 13, 2022, an employee working from the ground underneath employees working from the roof was not protected from head injuries where head protection was not required to be worn. Punins Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1555006, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 620 Lafayette Rd, Seabrook, NH 03874.
