29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladders were not used only for the purpose for which they were designed: 138 Abbott St., Springfield, MA: On or about November 16, 2021, employees were observed climbing on the rails of a shingle lift to access an upper landing (roof) which is against the use allowed by the manufacturer. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1). Eliezer J Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503 B 1 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number1488368, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/20 with respect to a workplace located at 294 Hopkins Pl., Longmeadow, MA.
