29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Miller Family Construction, LLC, located at site location 1005 Somerset Drive, Perrysburg, Ohio, on or about July 2, 2021: The employer did not ensure that employees had been trained in the appropriate use of fall protection such as, but not limited to, the use of personal fall arrest systems or alternative measures while performing residential framing activities from elevated surfaces. Miller Family Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection 1394157, Citation number 3, Item number 2 and was affirmed as final order on 06/17/2019, with respect to workplace located at 882 Timber Wood Court, Waterville, OH 43566.
