29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- On Saturday 03/13/2021, 5 Roxbury Road, Mahwah NJ 07430: An employee was engaged in framing activities and bending over a framed entrance in which the employee was wearing a personal fall arrest harness but not secured via any anchor point and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the concrete below. Condition observed on or about 03/13/2021 b- On Saturday 03/13/2021, 5 Roxbury Road, Mahwah NJ 07430: An employee was engaged in framing activities and positioned on an unprotected framed wall in which the employee was wearing a personal fall arrest harness but not secured via any anchor point and exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the concrete below.
