29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: BB Frame LLC dba Frame Q LLC, as successor to Frame Q LLC, and Juan Quevedo does not ensure that employees use stairrail when exposed to a 10 foot fall hazards, while accessing the first floor from the left and right front exterior concrete stairways without a stairrail. This violation was most recently observed at 20 W. Central Blvd, Palisades Park, NJ, on 2/28/2020 and on 3/02/2020. Frame Q LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329463, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/11/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 417 3rd Street, Palisades Park, NJ 07650.
