29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) Construction site, unit block 13-25 - On or about October 4, 2018, employees were exposed to serious injury while climbing the framing for more than 8 feet to access the roof top work area. Brutus Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1051(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303697, citation number 01, item number 003A and was affirmed as a final order on 4/24/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Crossroads Development, Building 7, Cross Road & West Moyer Road Pottstown, PA.
