29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a) 3982 Kozy Korner Road, Center Valley, PA, Worksite - employees were using an extension ladder to access the upper floor of a residential home project, approximately nine feet above the lower level, that was not extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface. Navy Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1327730, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on August 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2609 Rising Sun Road, Schnecksville, PA.
