29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location between the person and longest conductive object he or she may contact, cannot be within 10 feet of any unguarded, energized overhead line: Location - Roof of 45 Bacon St, Winchester, MA On November 22, 2017, employees were exposed to unguarded overhead energized power lines while engaged in gutter cleaning. Employees were cleaning gutters from the roof of the two story residence at 45 Bacon St., Winchester, MA, 01890, within three-feet of energized overhead powerlines and were exposed to electric shock/electrocution hazards. Ned Stevens was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(I)(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1065587, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/3/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 349 Windsor Terr., Ridgewood, NJ.
