29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Rack Room - on or about November 21, 2017, two (2) circuit breaker panels were blocked by chemical storage containers preventing sufficient access and working space to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment. b) Breakdown Room - on or about November 21, 2017, a circuit breaker panel was blocked by a trash bin and table preventing sufficient access and working space to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
