29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about May 23, 2017, at the above addressed worksite, the employer did not provide any effective information and training on hazardous chemicals for employees who were required to work with hazardous chemicals, such as, but not limited to, QSR Restroom Cleaner; Liquid Disinfectant Cleanser; QSR All Surface Floor Cleaner; QSR Oven Cleaner; while performing cleaning operations. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1200(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection #1041623, Citation 1, Item 2B, and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7979 Pittsford-Victor Road, Victor, NY 14564. The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1910.1200(h)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection #1148031, Citation 2, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on August 15, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 240 Loudon Road, Concord, NH 03301.
