29 CFR 1910.106(d)(1)(ii)(c): Flammable paints, oils, varnishes, and similar mixtures used for painting or maintenance when not kept for a period in excess of 30 days. At the steel distribution and fabrication facility located at 2400 N.E. 36th Street, Fort Worth, Texas, the employer did not ensure excess flammable paints were removed after 30 days in storage exposing employees to fire hazards.
