29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladders were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and/or after an occurrence that could have affected their safe use: (a) Worksite: On or about 4/3/2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards from a ladder which had not been inspected for visible defects. GCB Remodeling, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1203583, citation number 001, item number 03a and was affirmed as a final order on 3/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 389 Glenwood Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, 02860.
