29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(ii): The employer did not utilize appropriate hazard warnings, or alternatively, words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, that provided employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 5125 Baum Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 23, 2017, in the supply room of the lower bay area, the employer did not ensure that tanks of oil were properly labeled in that they had only the name and type of the oil on them.
