29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or about October 6, 2015, unused openings in an equipment control cabinet located on the east side of the facility were not effectively closed due to duct tape being used to cover openings. b) On or about October 6, 2015, a missing knockout in the palletizer robot's e-stop control box located adjacent to the pallet opening of the robot enclosure was not closed. Wood Fibers Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 998359, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1050 Washington St., Niagara, WI 54151.
