29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): The employer shall assure that portable fire extinguishers are maintained in a fully charged and operable condition and kept in their designated places at all times except during use. a) On or about October 1, 2015- job site at 74 Onderdonk Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385 the employer permitted employees to work in a facility that had a fire extinguisher that was not in its designated location. WRITTEN ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PERSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
