29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: a/ At the Schumag Line, specifically the rear aisleway, a live, quad-receptacle box possessed a damaged outlet. A flexible cord was plugged into this box. b/ At the Schumag Line, specifically the main aisleway, a live, quad-receptacle box possessed a knockout that was partially pushed in. St. Louis Cold Drawn Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908320, citation 1, item 10, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1060 Pershall Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63137.
