29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i)(B): Temporary wiring was used for a period exceeding 90 days. a) 24483 Sussex Highway, Seaford, DE, block ice machine - On or about May 28, 2015 the employer did not install permanent wiring where needed, but used a flexible cord for a period of 2 years, exposing the employees to a shock hazard.
