29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. Man Door 23 - On or about December 20, 2022, there was a fence and key controlled gate that prevented access to man door 23 which was identified as an emergency exit, employees were exposed to fire egress hazards. b. Maintenance - On or about December 20, 2022, exit door A4 was blocked by a dumpster, floor sweep roll and various other maintenance tools, employees were exposed to fire egress hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
