29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Each affected employee was not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: This violation occurred on or about January 18, 2014; where affected employees, who were not trained on the company's lockout/tagout program and energy control procedures, were exposed to the unexpected release of stored energy. Berry Marble Company dba U. S. Granite was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978402, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2910 W. Erwin Street, Tyler, Texas 75702.
