29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts were not enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section: a/ At the Kieserling Line, two inclined belts were unguarded. The maximum height of the pulleys was approximately 62 inches. b/ At the Danieli Line, specifically adjacent to the operator's station, one inclined belt was unguarded. The maximum height of the pulley was approximately 36 inches. St. Louis Cold Drawn Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908320, citation 1, item 8b, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1060 Pershall Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63137.
