29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface. a. Pump Room - On or about December 20, 2022, materials were stored on top of the pump room which was not marked with a load rating to identify the limits to prevent collapse of materials or personnel, exposing employees to fall and struck by hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
