29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee could demonstrate knowledge of at least the following: A) The contents of 1910.1026; and B) The purpose and description of the medical surveillance program required by paragraph (k) of 1910.1026: a) On or about January 16, 2019, Faurecia Emissions Control System NA, LLC had not ensured that each employee exposed to chromium (VI) from welding operations had knowledge of the contents of the 1910.1026 chromium (VI) standard and the purpose and description of the medical surveillance program under paragraph (k) of the chromium (VI) standard. Faurecia was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i)(A) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1168934, citation number 1, item number 1d and was affirmed as a final order on 10/24/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1207 Arvin Rd., Dexter MO 63846.
