29 CFR 1904.32(a)(2): The employer did not review the OSHA 300 log to verify that entries were complete and accurate, and correct any deficiencies identified. On or about March 5, 2018, the OSHA 300 for 2017 had not been reviewed before February 1, 2018 to correct the following deficiencies before completing an OSHA form 300A: a. There was no entry for the number of days of job transfer or restriction for the entry classified as job transfer or restriction that took place on 8/25/2017. b. The employee name and case number were missing for the entry dated 12/22/2017. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
