29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions. On or about August 27,2014, the fitting on the junction box on the Davenport had pulled away from its connection, exposing the wiring to abrasion. Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.
