29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a. On or about August 28, 2014, On the front of the building, an employee is using a 24-foot extension ladder to access the roof while he is carrying and balancing a roll of sheathing paper. Jasper Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22); which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313722787, citation number 1, item number 3c and was affirmed as a final order on 3/03/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 713 Valley View Road, Woodland Park, CO.
