29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): The employer did not enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: a) On July 31, 2014, a temporary employee sustained a hand injury while operating the Power Roll #3068 in the Clamps Department, resulting in work restrictions. The injury was not recorded on the OSHA 300 log within seven (7) calendar days. b) On August 9, 2014, a temporary employee sustained a hand injury while operating the Power Roll #1678, resulting in restricted duty. The injury was not recorded on the OSHA 300 log within seven (7) calendar days. c) On August 29, 2014, an employee sustained a hand injury that resulted in lost workdays. The injury was not recorded on the OSHA 300 log within seven (7) calendar days.
