29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading Exit: a) JBS USA, LLC at 800 North 8th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631: On or about December 4, 2012, the employer did not ensure that the room adjacent to the Fabrication area, where the cleaning employees hooked up their water hoses, included an Exit sign. Condition exposed employee to slips, trips, and fall hazards for falling down steps.
