29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Warehouse D, Radio Office Building: On or about February 9, 2026, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not have copies of the safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical to include WD-40 and did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible at the worksite. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to chemical hazard(s).
