29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) 11 Hasting RD NJ: An Employer did not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline fueled generator was used on site to power electric equipment such as a pneumatic nail gun. Extra gasoline to fuel the generator was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 2/4/25 The Good Hands Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588554 citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/29/22, with respect to a workplace located at 57 Holsman Street Paterson NJ
