29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) On or about November 7, 2024, at the maintenance shop, the employer had not developed a written hazard communication program for the use of chemicals such as, oils, gasoline and other lubricants, exposing employees to chemical exposure hazards.
