29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English and prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: Housekeeping: On or about October 18, 2024, an employee used diluted corrosive chemicals in spray container with an illegible label, which potentially exposed employees to eye irritations. The Navy Gateway Inn & Suites was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1639067, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 22, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 140 Sylvester Road, Building 601, San Diego, CA 92147.
