29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(ix): The chemical manufacturer or importer preparing the safety data sheet did not ensure that it included Section 9, Physical and chemical properties: A) Gold Coast Ingredients: Employees manufactured batches of hazardous chemicals, including, but not limited to, Natural Butter Type Flavor 381632, and the employer did not ensure that section 9 of the chemical's safety data sheet was completed, on or about August 27, 2024. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: Appendix D of this standard lists the physical and chemical properties that must be addressed on the safety data sheet. If no relevant information is found for any sub-heading within a section on the safety data sheet, the chemical manufacturer, importer or employer preparing the safety data sheet shall mark it to indicate that no applicable information was found.
