29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. At a temporally jobsite located at 7206 - 7212 Cypress Cove Road, building #13, in Jacksonville, FL: On or about May 3, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall injuries, in that employees performing roofing work activities had not been trained to recognize the hazards of falling and /or the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.
