29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(1)(i): The employer did not comply with all the requirements of the Hazard Communication Standard for asbestos: a) 201 Ferry Street, Easton PA Facility - On or about April 23, 2024, and at times prior, employees worked in areas containing the presence of asbestos on pipe insulation and the employer did not notify and train employees who are covered under this section about the hazards of asbestos and all relating health and safety factors in accordance with the Hazard Communication Standard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
