29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer had not certified that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: a) Plant-Wide - Employees perform service and/or maintenance on various equipment, including but not limited to, HVS - Station 10 (located in Plant 1), Station RF and Station 32 (located in Plant 2), and the employer did not certify that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date, on or about on November 30, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
