29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Roof, 1128 East State Street, Archbald, PA 18403 - On or about November 16, 2023, employees using pneumatic nail guns to install a residential roof were exposed to struck-by hazards because they were not provided eye protection. Northeast Roofing Pros was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1625201, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1554 Gardner Ave. Scranton, PA 18508. Abatement Certification and Documentation Required.
