Mill Road Vineland, NJ 08360, production line 3: The employees were exposed to amputation hazards from an unguarded conveyor belt and roller at the can catching station where employees stand to retrieve sealed cans, on or about 9/5/2023 NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
