29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employee(s) did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the construction site located at 242 Ciderbluff in Goddard, KS, employee(s) engaged in residential construction framing activities were exposed to struck by hazards in that employee(s) were working with pneumatic air guns without the use of any eye protection. Marcelo Contreras-Villa was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518763, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8-8-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2509 Spring Hollow, Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas.
