29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. Location: Worksite On or about June 22 , 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet from the rooftop to the ground below, where untrained employees were unable to recognize or avoid the hazards, or to wear and use personal fall arrest systems. The employees were not trained on ladders, fall hazards, fall protection, scaffolds, or PPE, and did not receive any other safety or health training from the employer.
